this hotel has a great location, super close to the falls. the staff were really friendly, they helped me with my bags. breakfast for just $5 is a steal! my room was clean and comfy. also, it was great to have a little shop on-site for cold drinks.
the mattress was kinda uncomfortable and the bathroom setup could use some work. also, keep in mind there are some noisy bars nearby.

My stay at this so-called hotel was marked by so many disappointments. for instance, my breakfast woudl ve been served late and the towels were simply a joke, no bathing towels provided! they clearly have no idea what a proper room upgrade means. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't,

The hotel's wifi is surprisingly reliable, unlike many other spots in the region. It’s nice to have a convenience store on the ground floor with decent prices for essentials like water and beer.
Rooms are on the smaller side, leaving little room for luggage, which can be a hassle. The setup lacks a proper working space. working from the room is impractical unless you enjoy sweating indoors. Plus, you might want to hold off if you're sensitive to noise since some guests coming back late can be quite disruptive, and I spotted a couple of unwelcomed bugs that made me a bit uneasy.

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend adventure in Victoria Falls with very good value for money. The staff were excellent, especially Wensislas at the reception who was really helpful during my check-in. Make sure to ask for a room away from the night bar if you're sensitive to noise.

The N1 Hotel provided a convenient location just a short 10-15 minute walk away from the falls, making it easy to explore the area. The accommodations were clean, and the room had several power outlets, which was quite useful for business needs. there was a handy shop on-site for essentials like water, and the hotel also offered complimentary breakfast, which was worth the price of $5.
The rooms are relatively small and had some maintenance issues.
